President Uhuru Kenyatta signed into law this revision that completely leaves out mistresses and spouses not legally registered as married from inheriting property upon the husband/wife's death.
I explore this new law, it's merits, flaws and possible consequences. What it implies in the real world, who wins and who stands to lose.
